Mike Pate is a lifelong resident of DeSoto County. Before founding Community Management Partners, Mike served as a police officer and detective in DeSoto County for 14 years, specializing in crimes against children. His dedication to protecting the vulnerable continues through his ongoing role on the Board of Directors of his local child advocacy center. Mike is a Real Estate Broker and a builder through the MS Board of Contractors. After serving 9 years on his own neighborhood’s HOA board, and dealing with the frustrations of subpar management, Mike launched CMP to do things differently. Today, Community Management Partners is grounded in responsive service, and a deep respect for property owners and the communities they call home.
